What can I change by working with you?
Typically I work with people who wish to change behaviors, thoughts or feelings so that they can make a significant life change.
This may include improving their sense of self-worth, better relationships, being healthier or letting go of fears, the past, recurring memories or pain on any level of their being. Some people wish to be more focused, successful and resilient.
Resilience and Energy
Resilience and energy, not time, are the keys to high performance and success - in any area of life.
I have completed advanced training in the treatment of anxiety and depression, and have extensive experience with burnout prevention and intervention and trauma treatment.
I use a variety of techniques in my work that empower self-healing processes in mind and body, which often create an immediate and significant shift in people's lives, in particular, energy levels.

My passion is to empower people to achieve their goals and peak performance by giving them the tools and techniques for achieving aspirations with a high degree of certainty and ease. I work with businesses, fitness and health coaches as well as sports people or anyone who has a specific goal. If you don't have a goal but are open to change, I can work with you as well.
