Nicole is a leading Burnout and Resilience Specialist based in the Melbourne CBD / South Melbourne. She specialises in working with Burnout, Anxiety and Depression and resolving emotional trauma including Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Phobias. Related symptoms include substance misuse, for example smoking or problems related to eating; as well as chronic pain and immune system issues. 

Nicole works with her clients towards optimising resilience and sustainable high performance, including sports performance.

She has had a keen interest in the workings of the human mind since childhood, and has worked with change processes for thoughts and the resulting behaviors for over 30 years. Nicole applies science based, cutting edge, solution-focused tools and methods from different fields, including but not limited to: Neuroscience, mindfulness, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, dream work, psychology, and hypnotherapy to help people effectively change their mindset and resulting behaviors.

Prior to training as a Government accredited hypnotherapist, Nicole has spent over 20 years working in the corporate sector. She worked internationally in business and was the owner of a consulting firm in Hong Kong. Her life experience has exposed her extensively and given her an inside-out understanding of the effects and pressures of life in the corporate world and running businesses.

Nicole is a clinical hypnotherapist and holds a Certificate in Hypnotherapy, and a Diploma/Advanced Diploma of Clinical Hypnosis. In Australia, she was trained by Australia's premier clinical hypnotist and hypnosis trainer. In addition, she completed specialist training courses with internationally renowned trainers and clinical hypnosis experts. 

Hypnotherapy is one of the most effective tools to create behavioural change, naturally and easily. Common side effects of hypnotherapy are increased happiness and ease.
